This site uses no cookies, collects no visit statistics, loads no fonts or scripts from other companies' servers and contains no tracking tools.
The contact form
The form on the Contact page stores exactly what you type into it — the address to reply to and the message — plus the page language and the first three parts of your IP address (203.0.113.0, for example), needed only to stop floods of automated submissions. The full IP address is not stored. The basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
What the form stored is deleted after 90 days. That is not a promise on trust: the deletion is performed by the service itself on every new submission, and the number in this sentence and the number in the code are one and the same constant. Correspondence that follows lives in mail and falls under the paragraph below.
The server keeps technical access logs — IP address, date and the address of the page opened. That is standard for any web server; they serve security only and are not combined with any other data.
Correspondence
If you write to one of our addresses, we process the content of the message and the sender's address in order to reply. The basis is our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as the matter it concerns is open.
If you received a letter from us
We conduct direct marketing exclusively by post. The full privacy notice is printed in the letter itself and shown in full on the QR page. Below is the same content in short — if any point differs from what you see in the letter, the version in the letter prevails and we would be grateful for a note to rodo@kordar.ai.

- Source of data
- The public CEIDG register (ceidg.gov.pl) and the public content of the website the company listed in that register.
- Retention
- 12 months from first contact, or until an objection is raised. The record of the objection itself we keep indefinitely, for the sole purpose of never writing again.
- Right to object
- You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing. An objection needs no justification and no form. Once raised, you will receive no further letter from us. Writing to rodo@kordar.ai or pressing the button on the QR page is enough.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, its rectification and completion, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. For data matters please write to rodo@kordar.ai. No data protection officer has been appointed.
You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
